Yuvakshetra Institute of Management Studies (YIMS), Ezhakkad, Mundur, proudly inaugurated the newly constructed Bodhi Library Block on 10 August 2026. The inauguration marked a significant milestone in the institution’s continuous efforts to enhance academic excellence, encourage a culture of reading and research, and provide students with a modern and supportive learning environment. The ceremony was inaugurated by Shri. Roji M. John, Hon'ble Minister for Higher Education, Government of Kerala, in the presence of Shri. A. Prabhakaran, Hon'ble MLA, Malampuzha, along with distinguished bishops, educational leaders, the management, faculty, staff, and students of YIMS. The new library stands as an important addition to the campus, offering students an enriched space for learning, knowledge sharing, academic exploration, and lifelong learning. The inauguration was followed by a reception and luncheon, bringing together the YIMS community to celebrate this important achievement.

The Department of Computer Applications, YIMS, in association with the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC), organized a session titled "Startup Launchpad: Lean Startup and MVP Development" on 30th June 2026 at Yuvachethana Hall. The session was handled by Mr. Arun K, CTO, ENTE AI, Tirur, who shared practical insights on the Lean Startup approach and MVP development. The programme was coordinated by Ms. Sruthi K and witnessed enthusiastic student participation.
